📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily logistics operations, including order processing, inventory management, and warehouse activities.
• Support the logistics team in coordinating shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with global teams to streamline supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing waste.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of logistics documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Support the implementation of logistics software and tools, such as SAP and JDA, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their logistics-related queries and concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics support or a related role, preferably in a global or international environment.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle is a bonus.
