📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates for construction projects using software such as Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Monitoring project budgets and providing regular cost reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Analyzing cost data to identify areas of cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Preparing and reviewing tender documents, including bills of quantities and schedules of rates.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure cost estimates are aligned with project requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Providing cost advice and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participating in site meetings and inspections to verify cost estimates and monitor project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software such as Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
