As Finance Manager / Accountant, you'll be responsible for managing the financial operations of our growing hospitality and wellness group. You'll work closely with our CFO to develop and implement financial strategies, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant, international environment while contributing to the success of a rapidly expanding business.

Daily, you'll be analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and advising management on financial decisions. You'll also play a key role in implementing and maintaining financial systems, including ERP software like SAP or Oracle. This is a unique chance to build a finance team from scratch and drive the financial health of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth of the hospitality and wellness group.
• Manage the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance analysis, and financial dashboards.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, including ERP software like SAP or Oracle.
• Provide financial advice and insights to management to support decision-making.
• Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP software like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
