📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain various types of cranes, including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and overhead cranes, to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials within the mining operations.
• Inspect cranes and other lifting equipment on a regular basis to ensure they are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and others in the workplace.
• Work with other team members to plan and execute lifting operations, including load testing, rigging, and signaling.
• Monitor the performance of cranes and other lifting equipment, and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge in crane operation and maintenance.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Crane Operator in the mining sector.
• Valid certification as a Crane Operator, preferably from the Indonesian Competency Assessment Agency (LPK) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to crane operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of various types of cranes, including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and overhead cranes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Physical fitness and strength, with the ability to lift and move heavy loads.
• Ability to work in remote and isolated locations, including in Teluk Bintuni, Papua Barat.
