In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and editing engaging video content for our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand goals, and you'll have the freedom to bring your unique creative vision to life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop engaging video concepts that align with our brand's voice and aesthetic
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute video content strategies
• Use professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to produce polished videos
• Ensure all content is optimized for maximum engagement and reach
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media video content creation
• Analyze video performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in the development of video tutorials and product demonstrations for our website and social media channels

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing and content creation, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and video content best practices
• Excellent storytelling and visual storytelling skills
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for the beauty industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
