📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the optimal performance of our manufacturing facility.
• Oversee the maintenance of advanced machinery and automation systems, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Manage a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of work.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, such as ISO and OSHA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and reduce downtime.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of safety and reliability within the maintenance department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance leadership roles, with a proven track record in manufacturing environments.
• Certifications in maintenance management, such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software and tools, including SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems.
• Experience with advanced machinery and automation systems, including CNC, robotics, and PLC.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
