📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage investor inquiries and maintain a database of potential and existing investors.
• Prepare and present comprehensive investment proposals, including financial models, project details, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless investor experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new investment opportunities.
• Assist in the development of investor relations strategies and initiatives.
• Provide support to the senior management team in investor relations matters.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with investors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with real estate investment principles and practices.
