As a Facilities & Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and reliability. Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology, including advanced HVAC systems, renewable energy generation equipment, and state-of-the-art monitoring and control systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of building services and infrastructure systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Monitor and maintain renewable energy generation equipment, such as solar panels and wind turbines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement improvements and upgrades to our facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed records and reports of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities and infrastructure management, with a focus on renewable energy facilities.
• Certification in building automation systems, such as BACnet or LonWorks, is a plus.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as renewable energy generation equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes.
