📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire billing cycle, including invoice generation, dispatch, and collection.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing processes using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update client records and billing information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and issues.
• Participate in process improvements and implement best practices for billing operations.
