📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, including service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
• Implement and monitor IT security protocols to protect our systems and data.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff, addressing IT-related issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT infrastructure to identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO and GDPR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on hospitality or similar industries.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in managing IT vendors and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, including PMS, POS, and guest management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
