📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning to support the company's strategic goals.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and leave policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and finance roles.
• Proficient in using HR and financial software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting.
• Certification in HR or finance (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPA, or ACCA) is a plus.
