📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the provincial government on matters related to community engagement.
• Represent the provincial government at national and international forums to advocate for best practices in community participation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing community engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in community engagement and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing successful programs.
• Strong understanding of local governance and community development in Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or similar.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in community engagement or related fields is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-ethnic environment.
