📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee financial reporting and consolidation for property development projects
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices and customer payments
• Work closely with the finance and development teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for property development projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Group Accountant role, preferably in the property development, granite, or marble industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and consolidation
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
