📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to negotiate favorable trade terms and conditions.
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand our international trade network.
• Maintain and update trade compliance databases and systems, such as SAP or similar ERP software.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on trade regulations and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and shipping agents.
• Prepare and present regular reports on trade performance and market opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import coordination, trade compliance, or related roles.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with good knowledge of Indonesian.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Experience with trade compliance software, such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Valid SIUP (Business License) and NPWP (Tax Identification Number) are a plus.
