• Preparing and cooking a variety of Western dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Assisting the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Ensuring that all dishes are cooked to perfection and served promptly.
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Learning and adapting to new recipes and techniques as required.
• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring dishes are served with a smile.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a Western cuisine setting.
• Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools such as ovens, stoves, and grills.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.
