📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Manage and train store staff to uphold company standards and policies.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the store's performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is beneficial.
