Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals and objectives.,Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the success of campaigns.,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns.,Manage and grow social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and driving engagement.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
