This is a remote position with flexibility to work from various locations in Bali including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.,In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects within the IPT (Innovation, Product, and Technology) department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress to ensure projects are on track.,Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other departments.,Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to address potential issues.,Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.,Mentor and develop junior project coordinators and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana is a plus.
