📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of restaurant operations with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.,Knowledge of food and beverage laws, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
