• Prepare a variety of Japanese desserts, including mochi, wagyu cheesecake, and matcha-flavored treats.
• Assist the head chef in creating and perfecting new dessert recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience in pastry cooking, preferably with a focus on Japanese desserts.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese dessert-making techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict hygiene protocols.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with using kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry bags.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
