Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store operators to maintain high service standards.,Ensure that all products are displayed and promoted effectively to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to prevent stockouts.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Operator or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,High school diploma or equivalent.
