Plus Up Pratama is seeking a Lead HR Manager to oversee our human resources department and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws. This role is crucial in supporting the company's growth and maintaining a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the HR department's day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's goals.,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
