📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints effectively.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language.,Knowledge of hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
