📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the area, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of area managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the area and the team.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and participate in business development initiatives to drive growth and profitability.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the area and the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or position.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
