📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and provide a warm welcome.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and process payments.,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and tidy.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Update and maintain guest records and databases.,Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic computer skills, including word processing and data entry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
