📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
• Help maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Assist in HR administration tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, working alongside senior HR professionals.
• Participate in team meetings and HR-related events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR software, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
