📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in a similar role in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
