Hokian Adi Kitchen is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet events, including decorating, arranging food and beverage stations, and setting up equipment.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients.,Assist in the service of food and beverages during banquet events, ensuring that all guests are well taken care of.,Clean up and reset the event space after the event, ensuring that everything is returned to its original condition.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the event space at all times.,Assist in the inventory management of food and beverage supplies, ensuring that we always have enough stock for our events.,Provide excellent customer service to our clients and guests, ensuring that they have a positive experience with Hokian Adi Kitchen.,Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the well-being of all staff and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.,Passionate about food and hospitality, with a desire to provide excellent customer service.
