📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely and accurate responses.,Manage and maintain the front desk area, including supplies and equipment.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.,Provide information about the company, its services, and facilities to visitors and guests.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor and guest information.,Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.,Ensure the safety and security of the premises by monitoring access and reporting any suspicious activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Customer service-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.,Valid SIM card and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
