📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse staff.Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed, and that all orders are fulfilled on time and in the right quantities.Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure that our products are delivered on time and in the right quantities.Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure the safety of all warehouse staff.Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.Ensure that all warehouse equipment is in good working order and that any necessary repairs or maintenance are carried out.Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed.Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to lift and move heavy objects.🛠️ Keahlian
