Cafe Putri Butik is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our remote store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for creating a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of employees to maintain high standards of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Experience in remote management and team collaboration tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
