Hokian Rama Store is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements with the company's records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
