📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Develop and deliver training programs to employees, managers, and executives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong background in designing and implementing training programs.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
