📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions and inventory.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor store performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or healthcare management role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
