📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal levels.,Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.,Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience.,Collaborate with the clinic management to achieve operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related discipline).,1-2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
