📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Principal in the strategic planning and implementation of school policies and programs.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the school's mission and vision.,Manage and mentor a team of teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.,Develop and implement curriculum and instructional programs that promote academic excellence and character development.,Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards.,Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes the well-being of all students.,Collaborate with parents, stakeholders, and community members to strengthen the school's relationships and partnerships.,Represent the school at various educational conferences, workshops, and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Islamic Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in an educational institution.,Strong understanding of Islamic education principles and practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Commitment to the school's mission and values.,Experience in managing a green and sustainable school environment is a plus.
