📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen and bar staff to maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Stock and manage inventory, including food, beverages, and linens, to ensure availability and efficiency.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the dining area, ensuring it is always presentable and ready for guests.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new offerings.
• Adapt to the needs of our diverse guest base, providing personalized service and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar, and ability to use them effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg with ease, as well as stand for long periods of time.
